During the winterseason, ApartHotel Cavalluccio Marino offers the possibility of weekly, monthly and long-stay rentals in our residences and stays in partnership with the nursing homes, which is also ideal for those who are working away.

Winter Residence option

During the period October – May there is the possibility to use the Residence for weekly, monthly and long-stay periods option.

We accept any type of pet with prior notice at the time of booking confirmation.

kitchen utensils and accessories (pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, coffee pot, broom, etc …)

safe and hairdryer
microwave oven
electric kettle (on request)
30 mb unlimited wireless internet

Services and Extra Costs:

Possible guest (obligatory): € 20.00 per day

Final Cleaning: Two rooms from € 50.00 – Three rooms from € 90.00 (to be paid in the month of departure)

Tourist Tax: € 10.50 per person (equal to € 1.50 per person per day only for the first 7 days)

We accept pets (dog or cats of small and medium size, must not exceed 12-15 kg) upon payment upon notice at the time of booking confirmation. The monthly cost is € 150.00 per animal, € 10.00 per animal per day.

Extra service of repair / cleaning of apartment € 10.00 per hour

Bed linen and towels (3 towels + sheet + pillowcase) € 20.00 (double bed)

Bed linen and towels (3 towels + sheet + pillowcase) € 15.00 (sofa bed)

Security deposits::

For stays of 1-2 months € 100.00 in cash (to be returned except in the case of damages at the end of stay).

Any damage to the apartment will be calculated upon departure.

Laundry Service:: Next to the entrance of the Residence there is a -self laundry equipped with a washing machine and a dryer that works with coins (it does not have detergent)..

È il secondo anno che torniamo al Cavalluccio. Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite con la grande terrazza completa di sdraio, ombrellone e tavolino con sedie. Ci tengo a precisare che tutto è stato perfetto, la camera perlopiu’ è completamente insonorizzata e garantisce il massimo relax. Noi avevamo la pensione completa al ristorante Altamarea ed anche lì ci siamo trovati alla grande.

Weekend di fine ottobre in famiglia. La struttura è molto recente e ben condotta. Ci è stato assegnato un trilocale a piano terra: molto spazioso e pulito, letti assolutamente comodi. Posizione di fronte alla spiaggia senza neppure dovere attraversare la strada. Colazione abbondante e fresca soprattutto dolce. Personale gentilissimo. A necessità tornerei molto volentieri

Siamo tornati dopo 2 anni dalla prima esperienza, questa volta però solo io con la mia bambina (4 anni). Angela e Giulia fantastiche! Sempre disponibili e gentilissime, mi hanno supportato in tutta la settimana. Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti, posizione ideale direttamente sulla spiaggia, hotel pulito e curato, passeggino e bicicletta, veramente top per le mie esigenze. Cibo buonissimo e in quantità, non ricordavo fosse così buono... ogni richiesta era sempre esaudita. Sicuramente da ritornare e per chi avesse dubbi... prenotate tranquilli!
