In our hotel, pets are welcome.
Our hotel has always welcomed pets (dogs and cats), but in respect of other guests and for common hygiene rules, owners must ensure compliance with the following rules:
- Pets are allowed in our hotel, with prior notification.
- The cost of the pet’s stay is €10.00 per night, which covers a more thorough cleaning of the room with appropriate detergents and sanitizers compared to normal.
- Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed, not exceeding 12-15 kg; for larger pets, please inquire at the reception.
- In the hotel’s common areas, pets must be kept on a leash or in a cage.
- Each room is allowed to have a maximum of one pet.
- Guests must be adequately equipped for the well-being of their pet, including carriers and travel kennels.
- Pets are absolutely not allowed on beds, armchairs, chairs, tables, etc.
- Pets should not be left unattended in the rooms.
- Pets must be accustomed to living indoors and in a clean environment. If your pets cause too much disorder, an additional fee may be requested. Barking or meowing can disturb other guests.
- For safety and the comfort of your pet, the maid will not clean the room if your pet is left unattended. If you are present in your room while the maid is cleaning, your pet must be on a leash or in a cage. Please contact the maid regarding the appropriate time for room cleaning.
- Pet owners accept full responsibility for any damages caused by their pets.
